Protection of your privacy is very important; therefore I treat it with utmost respect. I regard all information collected from you as sensitive and protected. My Privacy Policy refers to all electronic communications between me (Cynthia Gonzalez) and You (The Customer).
The information provided by you will NOT be utilized or shared with any third party unless required in relation to fraud verification, or by law, regulation or court order.
You can ask me to stop sending you marketing messages or newsletters at any time by emailing me at cyntha@cynthagonzalez or by hitting unsubscribe on the MailChimp communication.
If you opt out of receiving marketing communications and newsletters this opt-out does not automatically cancel your personal data provided by you as a result of your purchasing transactions. Outlining and Clarifying Personal Data Collection
Personal data means any information capable of identifying an individual.
CG collects data that you send me via the registration form, or through email, social messaging and social media posting. CG process and store this information to connect and communicate with you and to record keep. CG use this information to create newsletters to send to you using Mailchimp, advising of special offers and upcoming events associated with CG.
Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technology
Similar to other commercial websites, whilst navigating through our Website, I may use automatic data collection technologies including Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Occasionally, Cynthia Gonzalez may invite you to join conversations or write testimonials. Furthermore, you agree to not violate any third parties, and you must not include any profanity, pornographic, threatening nor defamatory unlawful material. CG disclaims all liability to what is said by Users of the CG Site and any actions taken due to participation on CG forums. Some site moderators and hosts may not accurately reflect the ethics of Cynthia Gonzalez.
